Step into one of the Pacific’s fastest-growing trade corridors between New Zealand and Fiji. With a shared goal of NZ$2 billion in trade by 2030, this mission is your chance to get ahead of the curve—build relationships, unlock opportunities, and grow your presence.
In the Pacific, business is built on connections. This delegation gives you direct access to key decision-makers, real market insights, government and organisations on the ground who know how to succeed in Fiji.
Whether you’re entering the market or expanding your footprint, the value is in who you meet—and the doors those connections open.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Subsidised Conference Fees
This year’s Annual Joint Councils Conference will be held in Nadi, Fiji.
At present, registrations from our members are lower than anticipated. The NZFBC recognises the ongoing cost of living pressures affecting some businesses and, in response, has already taken steps this year to support members by halving membership fees and offering a reduced rate for the recent Business Breakfast held in March.
We also acknowledge the emerging impact of the oil crisis, which is creating further cost pressures for some members.
To help ensure strong participation at our Annual Joint Conference, and to assist members who may find the FJ$580 conference registration fee challenging, the NZFBC has decided to subsidise registrations for current financial members.
Subsidy Criteria
To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
-
The member must be a fully paid financial member as at 31 December 2025 (midway through our membership year).
-
Membership payments received after this date will be considered on a case-by-case basis, where late payment may have occurred through circumstances beyond the member’s control.
-
The member must also register for the Business Mission, as we are seeking to increase participation with the mission as well
-
The subsidy is limited to the first 40 registrations received.
-
A member company may register up to three attendees.
-
Registrations must be completed by the official conference registration deadline.
We encourage members to take advantage of this opportunity and join us in Fiji for what promises to be a valuable conference and business networking experience.
Please contact us if you would like further details or assistance with registration. admin@nzfbc.co.nz
